Emileyt IPTV Player is a personal M3U playlist player for Android, iOS, and LG Smart TV. This application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following information locally on your TV only using the device's localStorage:

• Profile name (entered by the user)
• M3U playlist URL (entered by the user)
• Selected language preference

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses the TMDB (The Movie Database) API solely to fetch movie and series poster images. No personal user data is sent to TMDB. Please refer to TMDB's Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Content Responsibility

Emileyt IPTV Player does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. Users are solely responsible for the M3U playlist URLs they enter and the content they access. The developer is not responsible for any content streamed through user-provided playlists.

5. Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.
